Strata fees (or maintenance fees) are monthly contributions from owners that cover the shared expenses of the building. This typically includes building insurance, management fees, maintenance for common areas (like lobbies, gyms, and pools), landscaping, and contributions to the contingency reserve fund for future repairs.
